Today I worked on assignment ten of the protein bioinformatics project I was able to get information from the website and data provided Description: Homo sapiens pirin (PIR), transcript variant 2, mRNA. The encoded protein is an Fe(II)-containing nuclear protein expressed in all tissues of the body and concentrated within dot-like subnuclear structures. Interactions with nuclear factor I/CCAAT box transcription factor as well as B cell lymphoma 3-encoded oncoprotein suggest the encoded protein may act as a transcriptional cofactor and be involved in the regulation of DNA transcription and replication. There are many things on what i want to use my degree for and why.the goal is set diffrently its not only will i be making a finanical stable for myself but my family who immigrated here just 25 years ago.i wouldnt be able to make any oppurtities like these in senora mexico. i would want to use my degree to be able to give oppurtities to people who couldnt. Any way i can i feel like it doesnt just stop to just my degree but with what i do in the world that would help. i would open my own business just to help people who are in need for jobs or a foot in doors of industrties that are hard to get to.
