This week we ended up doing the plasma mini prep. Which maybe we aren’t having the best week but our broth ended up getting tossed out since a unlabeled tube spilled which caused everything to get contaminated. Our mentors let us use there project broth which was pTAC. We ended up using centrifuges and a spectrophotometer which a perfect result concluded 1.8 but our results ended up being 1.98 with a concentration of 30.1 which isn’t good. Means there is more protein then DNA 🧬

There are many things on what i want to use my degree for and why.the goal is set diffrently its not only will i be making a finanical stable for myself but my family who immigrated here just 25 years ago.i wouldnt be able to make any oppurtities like these in senora mexico. i would want to use my degree to be able to give oppurtities to people who couldnt. Any way i can i feel like it doesnt just stop to just my degree but with what i do in the world that would help. i would open my own business just to help people who are in need for jobs or a foot in doors of industrties that are hard to get to.
